This page covers one thing: what happens to the details you send us through the quote form on this site.

What the form collects

Your name and email address are required. Company, phone number, glass type and project details are optional — what you send beyond a name and an address is your choice. The form asks for nothing else.

Your request travels as one email, to one address, and is kept in one mailbox. Today the form composes that email in your own mail app: pressing Send request opens it already filled in and addressed to info@goldenglass.com.sa, and nothing reaches us until you send it from there.

Beyond that, the site collects nothing on its own: it sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts.

Who reads it

Quote requests reach the Golden Glass sales team at info@goldenglass.com.sa, and are used to prepare your quotation and to answer you. We do not sell them, rent them, or share them outside Golden Glass, and we do not use them to market anything you did not ask about.

How long we keep it

We keep a quote request while the enquiry is open, and — if it becomes an order — for as long as the law requires us to keep that order’s records. A request that leads to nothing is deleted once it is no longer of use. It is kept as email, in that one mailbox.

Your choices

Write to info@goldenglass.com.sato ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. If we cannot settle something between us, Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law gives you the right to take it to the competent authority.
