Argon-filled double-glazed units fabricated on an automatic IG line at our Al Kharj Road factory, from certified Guardian, Saint-Gobain and AGC coated glass — sealed and checked to EN 1279.

Brand coating, spacer, argon — fabricated as specified
Coated glass: SunGuard and ClimaGuard coatings and other Guardian, Saint-Gobain and AGC Obeikan substrates — certified raw glass, traceable in every unit.
Spacer and gas: spacer frames bent in-house to your airspace; argon filled on the line's argon module.
Panes: fully tempered (FT) or heat-strengthened (HS), laminated or annealed glass combined in one unit — a tempered coated outer pane over a laminated inner pane, for example.
Sizes: every unit is priced at its ordered size — send width × height per opening.
The IG line
Sealed on an automatic line, checked to EN 1279
Washed, spacer-framed, butyl-sealed, plate-pressed, argon-filled and secondary-sealed on one automatic insulating-glass line — under our EN 1279 quality plan for double-glazed units.
Under the quality plan, the coating face (#2 or #3, as ordered) is verified by laser measurement for each order, and on a two-hour cycle the airgap is laser-measured and thickness, dimensions and diagonals are gauged. Sealant bite and butyl width and weight are measured. Every unit is visually checked for scratches, edge chips, particles inside the unit and coating oxidation, with four-side desiccant fill confirmed.

We fabricate from certified raw glass of all three brands, including SunGuard and ClimaGuard coatings, and match most specified performance values.
When a specified brand or colour is not available, we propose an equivalent from the brands we process, with its datasheet, for your consultant's approval — the build-up keeps its spacer, gas and glass make-up.
