The certified scope

We process coated glass as a Guardian-certified fabricator, certificate HA220726. The certified scope is SunGuard SN, DS and HP, plus ClimaGuard coatings, at 4, 6 and 8 mm: mechanical processing, heat treatment, and insulated-glass assembly.

We procure the coated glass ourselves and fabricate it here; a quotation from this page prices supply and fabrication together. Certification is renewed annually; what it attests is processing to Guardian’s guidelines. A spec outside that scope, a different thickness or another maker’s coating, is not a wall: name it in the quote request and the answer comes in writing. What each certification covers →

Where the performance numbers live

Performance values for a low-E or solar-control coating, such as U-value, solar factor and light transmission, are the maker’s numbers: Guardian publishes them and revises them without notice. So we do not republish them, on this page or in a datasheet of our own; a copied table goes quietly stale in front of the one reader who acts on it.

Scope and track record are two different sizes of claim. The certificate names the families we are certified to process; the buildings below name the coatings we have run at facade scale, with the areas as delivered. The two lists are not the same list: HD Bronze runs outside the certificate’s four families, and not every certified family has a named building here. Oasis and Qiddiya shipped as insulated units. How coated glass moves through the line

A coating decides how the glass is handled at every station: which face may touch a roller, what the edge must shed before sealing, how the furnace is set. The lines it moves through: CNC cutting to 6,100 × 3,400 mm, a tempering bed of 6,000 × 2,600 mm. A line dimension is a machine envelope, not a finished-panel guarantee. Four checks follow it through the factory, as the build-up requires.

03Fabrication with inspection reports at every stage, delivered Kingdom-wide on protective racks.
