Which lines, and what is measured on them?

Four lines take a panel from cutting list to dispatch. Computer numerical control (CNC) cutting is listed for its dimensions.

A line dimension is a machine envelope, not a finished-panel guarantee. Glass type, thickness and build-up move the practical limit, so every size is confirmed against your build-up at quote.

The Golden Glass furnace makes glass stronger by heat, and the checks below run on samples from it.

Polyvinyl butyral (PVB) lamination

The Golden Glass lamination line bonds glass panes together with a plastic interlayer.
