PVB and EVA, laminated in-house in Riyadh

Golden Glass laminates PVB and EVA safety glass in-house at its Al Kharj Road factory: panels up to 2,500 × 5,000 mm, PVB bonded under heat and pressure in the autoclave and EVA cured in a dedicated EVA oven, with heat-strengthened or tempered panes where your build-up calls for them.

Durability, tested

Will it stay clear? We test for exactly that.

Boil, humidity and bake tests: laminated samples go through the boil, humidity and bake test chambers in our QC lab — the durability tests for laminated glass, which expose the interlayer bond to forced heat and moisture, the conditions under which delamination, bubbles and haze develop.

Every panel, inspected: every laminated panel is checked for spot and linear defects, pane displacement (the edge offset between the two panes) and a short interlayer at the edge — each against the EN 12543 limits.

Gauged to tolerance: length, width, diagonals and interlayer thickness are measured to EN 12543 tolerances on a documented sampling cycle.

Traceable: backward traceability covers the raw glass, the interlayer and the process parameters of every panel, and inspection reports are available for your order.
