Send the glass build-up (e.g. 8 mm SN 60 tempered + 16 mm air spacer + 6 mm clear), the sizes and quantities — a cutting list, bill of quantities, or drawings — and the project name and delivery location. We price per square metre of each piece's ordered size (width × height), excluding VAT; delivery within Riyadh city is included in the price, and delivery outside Riyadh is a separate line. Our quotation terms set minimum chargeable areas (0.50 m² laminated, 0.35 m² monolithic and IGU) and measure shaped pieces as the nearest rectangle, with surcharges for shaped or stepped pieces; the quotation is issued as a proforma invoice valid for 7 days.

Yes. Samples are free of charge; sizes, quantities, and timing are confirmed when you request them, subject to availability. Our certificates and technical documents are available for your submittal on request. A mock-up is quoted and produced as a normal order against your purchase order.

Payment terms are agreed per order — an advance with the purchase order, or agreed credit terms — and statements of account are available on request. A tax invoice is issued for the delivered goods.

Send your PO or proforma number to your sales contact and ask for the status of each item — ordered, delivered, and outstanding. After each delivery, deliverynotes@goldenglass.com.sa emails you the delivery note(s); reply to confirm them or flag anything to correct.

Report a broken or out-of-size piece with the delivery note number, the piece references, and photos. Glass that arrives broken on our truck is replaced; glass broken during your unloading or afterwards is re-quoted as a new order — send the piece references and we issue the proforma. Size or spec deviations are inspected by Quality Control — on site where needed — and reported in writing; where the fault is ours, the pieces are corrected or replaced.
