Every panel moves through one continuous line: cut, edged, tempered, laminated or assembled, then measured, all inside our AlFawzan Industrial Zone facility.

Architects: a spec written to EN 12150 deserves a submittal that says the same; every batch is documented to the named standard, with inspection reports at every stage.
Contractors: quotations in 48 hours, and fragmentation, distortion, and surface-stress checks documented to EN 12150 before dispatch.
Developers: you underwrite the fabricator, not the brochure; judge us by the certificates below, and by projects you can walk past today.

Coated glass keeps its maker’s warranty only when it is processed to the maker’s published guidelines; that is what certification attests. When a facade spec names the coating, the project calls for a certified fabricator: we process SunGuard as a Guardian-certified fabricator, listed in Guardian’s fabricator locator.

How fast can we get a quotation?

Which standards do you fabricate to?
We work to published standards, for our quality management and for our products. Quality management follows ISO 9001:2015; the products are built to EN 12150, EN 1863, EN ISO 12543, EN 1279, and ASTM C1048. Every batch is documented, with inspection reports at every stage.
Do you deliver outside Riyadh?
We deliver Kingdom-wide on protective racks, and export shipments in certified wood crates.
- Projects delivered from Rabigh to Al Jouf.
- Delivery within Riyadh city is included in the price.
Can you match a specified coated glass?
We fabricate using certified raw glass from Guardian, Saint-Gobain, and AGC Obeikan, including SunGuard and ClimaGuard coatings, and can match most specified performance values.
Do you take small or residential projects?
Yes, from residential villas to large-scale commercial developments. The same line, the same tolerances, whatever the order size.
What do you need from us to quote, and how is the price calculated?
Send the glass build-up (the glass combination), the sizes and quantities, and the project name and delivery location.

Can you provide samples or a mock-up for approval?
Samples are free of charge; sizes, quantities, and timing are confirmed when you request them, subject to availability.
- Our certificates and technical documents are available for your submittal on request.
- Mock-ups are quoted and produced as normal orders against your purchase order.
What are your payment terms, and how does invoicing work?
Payment terms are agreed per order: an advance with the purchase order, or agreed credit terms.
- Statements of account are available on request.
- A tax invoice is issued for the delivered goods.
How do we track an order or get its delivery status?
Send your PO or PI (proforma invoice) number to your sales contact and ask for the status of each item: ordered, delivered, and outstanding.
- After each delivery, deliverynotes@goldenglass.com.sa emails you the delivery note(s).
- Reply to confirm them or flag anything to correct.
What if glass is broken or out of size?
Glass that arrives broken on our truck is replaced.
